Faith in the Future

Hey, hey...

Happy Sunday...

Faith in the future is what I'd like to discuss this day...

Back in 2008, when the economy barely began to crash, very few people were experiencing it. A gentleman contacted me, one of the first I'd ever helped that wasn't in the emergency field or military. This husband, also a father, was terrified of the future because he lost his job and was trying to obtain another.

He is brilliant, as most men and women are, but insecurity tends to block our intelligence. Fear gets in the way of intellectual thinking because it is a distorted view of reality.

While working with this individual, we destressed his fear so that he could ease his moodiness and irritability and focus and organize his thoughts. He was then able to enjoy the brief time he was given by God to spend with his family.

Fearful thoughts tend to block our ability to have faith, enjoy life, and connect to God. Scary thoughts of the future played over and over in the mind can and will cause anger, anxiety, depression, despair, moodiness, irritability, and/or panic attacks.

Fear is normal in this human existence, yet some of us become so fearful of the future that we cannot think of solutions. Whether we have faith or fear the future, we are not psychic. If we were such great fortune tellers, wouldn't we be millionaires?

Some people are convinced they have to be afraid, which is a deviation from the truth. To waste energy and argue for fear is a powerful disconnection from God.

The confident people are running successful careers, companies, families, and organizations. The insecure individuals don't get the opportunity for advancement because insecurity is uncooperative with success.

So, if you are one of those individuals who fear the future and would like to evolve your behaviors and beliefs to have faith in the future, I have an experiment for you.

I do these experiments all the time...

I'm always conducting personal, spiritual experiments, and that's how I connect, talk, and walk with God.

My experiments always help me level up little by little, and I want to help anyone else who'd like to advance spiritually, meaning in their faith, love, and trust.

So, if you want to...

Here we go...

The Experiment...

This week, starting today...

Memorize the statements below, and repeat them as often as possible. Feel these statements as you say them.

"I Trust in God! And, I know, more amazing things that I could ever imagine will happen."

"Affirm it!"

"Contemplate it!"

"Meditate upon it!"

'Visualize it!"

Memorize, and repeat, "I Trust in God! And, I know, more amazing things that I could ever imagine will happen."

Affirm it after you say, "affirm it."

Contemplate it after you say, "contemplate it."

Meditate upon it after you say, "meditate upon it."

Visualize it after you say, "visualize it."

Does this sound silly to you?

This will not only help you focus on faith by desire; it is reconditioning and retraining your mind. I've done this and still do. I've helped many create affirmations and ways of focusing, and the consistent, persistent find that it works.

Some people never, or rarely, follow through. It's all about the desire versus default theory.

Do the exercise all day long in your mind, especially if and when the fear of the future creeps in. Trust me, it'll work. The goal is to be fully present in your mind as you do it so that you are not just saying it but really believing it and feeling it.

I've mentioned lately that we are contemplating and focusing mechanisms. Human beings are constantly affirming, reflecting, meditating upon, and visualizing. That is what we do. Some of us focus on the worst, some focus on the best, and some go back and forth between the two. This experiment, I suggest, will show evidence that we can govern our contemplation of faith over the human conditioning of fear.

It is our authority and power to choose what we will do with our beliefs and behaviors. We can do what we will by default or desire if we want to.

This experiment is to discover how great our success can be. It works! It can ease your stress and develop great faith in the future more and more as it is practiced. That is my humble opinion from my experiences.

One last thing. If you'd like to eliminate your fear and increase your faith even more, another thing you can do is not listen to and read, all day long, or even a little, the fear posts on social media and in the media. I'm just suggesting limiting it if you really care about what goes in your mind.

The scriptures don't teach us...

Trust in the Lord, except or unless...

Have faith in God, except or unless...

All things are possible with God, except or unless...

The truth is!

Trust in the Lord!

Have faith in God!

All things are possible with God!

So! Trust in God! And more amazing things than you could ever imagine will happen.

It's the law of faith, my friend.

You are brilliant, and you have common sense. Common sense is confidence! Insecurity and fear are not common sense or confidence. Insecurity and fear lead to personality disorders and phobias.

The evidence is clear!

Praying for your faithfulness and fearlessness, my dear sweet reader.

I have faith in you!

I have faith in myself!

I most assuredly have faith in God; otherwise, I couldn't have confidence in you or me.

Faith can heal the world.

God bless you, and here's to your successful experiment.

I'll do it too...

Trust In God!

Hey, hey! Happy Sunday...

Trusting God is what I'd like to ramble about this day... such an appropriate topic, wouldn't you say?

Last week, I wrote about trusting in God, the most important thing, and if you missed it, you can read it by clicking here.

I'd like to expound on trusting in God, just to help anyone worried about what is going on right now in the news media and social media.

I say the media because that's where much false information can go viral.

There are a lot of theories out there, but there is only one I subscribe to, and that is God is in charge. With this subscription, I believe that all things are for my good: my spiritual expansion, which is my faith, love, patience, and trust.

Faith, love, patience, and trust come from God and are strengthened by God. This strength promotes confidence in this world, providing happiness, health, love, magnificent relationships, and wealth.

The opposite of confidence is insecurity, which is basically fear, aka stress. Stress is the number one cause of every illness. When I say every sickness, I am talking about medical, mental, and physical injuries, but I'll save that for another post.

"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths." Proverbs 3:5-6, Holy Bible, KJV

God is in charge! If we could but understand our loving Heavenly Father, we could and would trust Him. Like any loving Father, He allows things for our spiritual growth. The only difference between a loving Heavenly Father and a loving earthly Father is God is perfect, knows, and sees all things. That is precisely why we cannot lean on our own understanding.

I will not participate in doubt, fear, or worry because I have enough knowledge and practice to know what leads to a connection to God. A faithful and fearless life with persistent patience and trust leads to our relationship with God.

If I could do anything in all my ramblings, it would be to point anyone who wants more out of life toward their faithfulness and fearlessness.

Pointing to faithfulness and fearlessness begins with believing in and trusting in God.

Yesterday, I spoke to a woman who said she was afraid of what was to come, and then she went on and on about her fear. I politely interrupted her and reminded her that God is in charge and we could trust the Lord.

Her entire attitude changed, and she began to speak the words of faith in God. What a remarkable difference a reminder can make.

We must remind ourselves constantly that God is at the helm of it all.

I've said this many, many times, and I'm just reminding you ~wink~ we are focusing, habitual mechanisms, which is why worry becomes so forceful. We can change that worry into confidence by practice into permanence via reminders.

I understand I repeat myself, eh-em... repeatedly. But! Repetition is the law of emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual growth and learning.

So remember to remind yourself that God is, in fact, in charge. We can, in fact, expand spiritually through faith and trust.

One last thing...

I've been to every state in the United States except Alaska. I see confident people, and the average person is satisfied and enjoying life. If you do not see that, it may be because the dramatic people are the loudest.

Fear is not normal...

Happiness is normal...

The fearful people are the loudest, especially on social media. You may or may not agree with me, and you may even get mad at me.

I'm not criticizing anyone. I'm just stating that most people are silent and enjoying life, able to see people practicing fear.

Do you ever see others and wonder why you don't live such a happy life?

No? Then you are the norm.

Yes? Then possibly, you are one of the dramatic.

I do not mean to be unkind, and I pray I do not offend. When I was young and dramatic, slowly but surely, I discovered I was not taught to pay attention to happy, successful people. Rather, I was trained in focusing on the negative instead of the positive. The affirmative is what God teaches us to focus on, and it leads to great joy.

Joy is all about practiced focus, whether we agree with it or like it or not.

That's all...

Trust in God, my friend...

Contemplate it, focus on it, and you will, without a doubt, make it permanent.

And! Meditate! Empty the mind of all doubt, fear, and worry!

One last, last thing. ~wink~

I look at my stats on how many people read my blog; it has been double the daily norm. This tells me that stress is high, and people are looking for relief.

The relief comes from your maker, my dear sweet friend. Trust in Him!

One of my favorite friends posted this scripture yesterday on Twitter, and I must give her credit. It is the truth!

"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7, Holy Bible, KJV

Human conditioning can convince people we have no control over this power, love, and sound mind, but I am here to show you otherwise, my dear brother/sister of this world.

I love you, and I am ever praying for you!

The Lesson of Life

Hey, hey...

It's Sunday...

So, happy Sunday...

He, he...

Do you know what the lesson of life is?

Life's lesson is that we turn to God for comfort and strength when we are suffering and struggling. When we turn to God, He shows us He's real.

That's the lesson!

If we suffer and struggle over and over, and we turn to God over and over, sooner or later, we discover that we can turn to Him at all times.

When we always turn to Him, the comfort and strength for life come. When comfort and stability become a part of our everyday living, life is filled with ease and grace.

This ease and grace make way for a feeling and knowing God's unconditional love for us. Soon after, the human training of conditional love falls away, and we can understand and stand in a place connected to God, in perfect love without fear. I am talking about anger, anxiety, depression, and despair.

Some people may find it hard to believe these negative emotions fall away. The point is that a person has to learn for himself or herself by turning to God regularly, not just on Sunday or when stuff hits the fan if you get my meaning.

Some people may never learn this lesson in their lifetime. Some people attend church every Sunday and are taught this weekly but do not live it.

We can be taught this lesson and know it intellectually, but until we live it, we will continue our suffering and struggle.

To know deep down in the soul that God is real is to believe and behave as though one knows it. This is faithfulness and fearlessness in practice.

The above-average person resides in a spiritual state of being, connected to God.

In my humble opinion, the average person cannot be above average through human conditioning. Meaning lack of a spiritual nature.

I do not consider human nature. I affirm human conditioning versus spiritual nature.

Human conditioning teaches us conditional love and searching for happiness from others, which creates chaos rather than control.

Spiritual nature is the fruit of the spirit and is who we really are; some just forget. This spiritual nature, our nature, allows us to be connected to God with a state of confidence and poise, undaunted and unfazed by the world around us.

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law." ~ Galatians 5:22-23, Holy Bible, KJV

We are love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance.

Look at any child, and you will see that they are the fruit of the spirit. We all have been a child, so we all are spiritual first. As compared below, you can also know that life teaches and trains all of us to be conditioned.

Spiritual Nature versus Human Training

Perfect love versus conditional love.

Joy versus depression.

Peace versus anxiety.

Longsuffering versus instant gratification.

Gentleness versus anger.

Goodness versus wickedness.

Faith versus fear.

Meekness versus arrogance.

Temperance versus excessiveness.

The lesson of life is to constantly turn to God, so we may know He is the truth, and He will lead us and guide us back to remembering and returning to who we are.

If you are having a hard time in life and are struggling to find relief, I believe, with all my body, mind, and soul, that if you turn to God unceasingly, you will discover respite.

Always!

This relief is a practice into realization, as often as you seek it. Keep reaching, and this comfort comes with every search.

That's the lesson.

God has given us free agency and authority to choose, leading to our power and knowing our actual value and worth come from God and within our own mind, not from anything outside us.

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." ~ Matthew 6:33, Holy Bible, KJV

That's the lesson, my dear, caring, kind reader...

If you'd like to practice this lesson into permanence, read this post first thing in the morning and again last thing in the evening. Furthermore, contemplate it, focus on it, and practice it by turning to God.

Reconditioning and retraining can be done by reminding and repetition, which are great ways of learning.

If you keep God at the forefront of your mind, I believe you will find much relief and purpose.

We are infants in our spirituality if we are not receiving guidance and inspiration from God and are not talking and walking with God.

And if that is not enough for you to do this week, may I suggest you learn to meditate, if you don't already. Quieting the mind is one of the most significant paths to free agency of thought and governing thy mood. ~wink~

"Be still and know that I am God." ~ Psalm 46:10, Holy Bible

The quiet mind gives respite from the worry of life and develops a listening way.

The belief, or thought, is the cause, and the emotion is the effect. I do believe that is the law of cause and effect.

You're doing really well, and you'll be just fine.

God bless you, my dear sweet friend...

Relieving Depression

Hello dear friend...

Relieving depression is what I'd like to write about this day...

Happy February...

Last February I wrote about fun. It's all outlined in a post just for you and you can read it by clicking here if you want to.

The reason I'd like to talk about depression is that it is the last item, number thirteen, on the stress test.

Question thirteen asks, " Are you unable to enjoy yourself even when you are doing something you enjoy?"

If you scored a three, four, or five on this question, chances are you may be sad. There are varying degrees of sadness. It ranges from mild, moderate, to severe. Degrees of unhappiness are accompanied by the length of time a person has felt sorrow.

Some things in life make us sad. For example, a death or a divorce, are occasions that nearly always create varying degrees of sadness. It is normal to feel unhappy when unwanted things happen.

However, life is not meant for anyone to live in a space of unhappiness, which is the opposite of enjoyment.

This is a very delicate subject because people who are depressed are often sick and tired of people telling them what they should do to feel better.

If you are reading this post because someone else is depressed, and you'd like to help them, the best thing you can do is stop giving advice, and love, and just listen. People dealing with chronic depression do not need the pressure of making you feel okay because they don't feel okay.

If you are reading this post because you feel unhappy, the only thing I want to say to you is you are so very important.

You are so very important to God.

You are so very important to your family and friends.

You are so very important to me.

But most of all...

You are so very important to you.

In my, How to Destress, book I describe reasons why people may be unhappy, and I also provide things a person can do to overcome a lack of enjoyment.

The most important thing a person can do, in my humble opinion, is to begin to believe in him or herself. Believing in the self does not sound like an easy thing to do, to a person who has been with sadness for long periods.

If I could get a sad person to care enough about him or herself to connect to God, I know he or she could, and would find comfort, and would find strength. I know that he or she would learn the reality of God, and then begin to believe in himself or herself.

The crux of depression, often, is that the individual does not believe in himself or herself enough to think a thought in his or her favor, and for any length of time. Any work is hard work for a person suffering from sadness.

If a person could do one thing, and make a long-term commitment to do that one thing, I believe he or she can, and would be lifted. That one thing is to turn to God, then listen and look for spiritual things. Spiritual things are love and joy.

Turn and look, that's all you gotta do but, you gotta do it all day long, every day, for the rest of your life. Practice makes permanent in this human existence.

Turn to, talk to and walk with God, and He will show you He is real. Turning to, talking, and walking with Him, is just a thought away.

If you could think that one thought of turning to God regularly, I believe you will see how real He is, and you will see how important you are.

Focus on God!

Focus on Love!

Focus on talking to God!

Focus on walking with God!

I believe, and know, with all my heart and soul He will comfort you, and strengthen you. When you are comforted and strengthened it is easier to feel self-empowerment, which leads to believing in yourself.

Depression can and will be relieved a little bit at a time if a person will continuously tries to think a thought in his or her favor. That all it takes is a thought pointed toward God. I do not believe it will happen overnight, or even over a year, especially if you've dealt with it for a long time.

The goal is to believe, focus, and never give up.

Never give up!

Never give up on God!

Never give up on yourself!

One last word to the wise, if you are reading this post for someone you believe is suffering from sadness. The best thing you can do besides shutting your mouth ~wink, wink~, loving, and listening is you could turn to God as well. Words rarely ever teach a depressed person how to relieve their depression but unconditional love always heals. Take the advice given above about connecting to God, and you can, and will be the unconditional love a sad person needs.

That's all I got my friend except a hug and a prayer held tight in my heart for you.

I suffered for years with depression, and because of God, I have learned He is real, and that He is true comfort in my lonely times of need. The healing didn't happen overnight it took years. The best part of it all, I am so grateful for the relief that I have that nearly every moment is pure joy.

God bless you, my dear friend...

Destress Yourself with Compassion

Hello, dear one...

Destress yourself with compassion is what I'd like to write about this day.

This post is a bit of a continuation of my last post, Destressing with Focus. Did you read it? You can, if you'd like to, by clicking here.

Item twelve on the stress test just so happens to be... do you get offended easily and/or talk negatively about other people?

In my How to Destress book, I wrote how getting offended easily and talking about it over and over to others is a very stressful habit.

Basically, when we retell a story that we are offended by, we relive the stress again and again.

Destressing yourself with compassion is about caring enough about yourself to care about how you feel. What we speak is what we think, and the thoughts and words are the pathways to our emotions because it's all about what we believe.

Many people, on an intellectual level, know that we have authority over what we will think of ourselves and others. But, even though we may know it intellectually, we may not live it by practice.

It is absolutely normal to get offended, as the human conditioning goes. It is the fruit of the spirit to have compassion, which leads to happiness and understanding.

This business about 'choose happiness' is about choosing our behaviors by choosing our beliefs by governing what we will think over and over.

For example, many people have been going to church every Sunday all their lives, professing to believe in God, yet, many of these same people are dramatizing and gossiping about others. To go to church, profess to believe in God, and then shamefully act out of accordance with what God asks us to do in loving one another is not behaving as one proclaims to believe.

Cooperation between our behaviors and beliefs is about our authority to choose our focus and practice.

If we want happiness and believe we want happiness, we cannot look for things to get offended over and then punish our very being by retelling the story repeatedly.

If you and I were to make a list of all the things we are blessed with, the list would be one hundred, if not one thousand, to one over what we are offended by. Do you see the falsification? To focus on that one thing we are offended by when we can brag all day long about our blessings is quite a magnanimous distortion of reality. This contortion is from human conditioning, not from our spiritual nature.

"In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you." ~1Thessalonians 5:18, Holy Bible, KJV

Leveling up in life, your life is all about the focus (I know, I know, I know... my lecture repeating myself repeatedly ~wink).

If you want to live the truth, you may want to replace getting offended and gossiping with looking for what you can appreciate about the person, place, or thing before you. My last post, Destressing with Focus, is about putting appreciation and focus into practice.

Destressing yourself is all about you and governing your authority to choose how you will behave and believe. This authority in practice leads to our power to overcome anger, anxiety, depression, and despair. This authority and power will reveal a person's value and worth.

The value and worth of a soul are great in the sight of God, and knowing your own value and worth will lead you to your greatest potential and wisdom in this life.

I pray that you can and will find your authority, power, value, and worth if that is what you want. So that you may live with passion and your life's purpose.

Have a wonderful week, my dear friend...

Destressing with Focus

Hello dear friend!

Destressing with focus is what I'd like to ramble about this day...

It just so happens that item eleven on the stress test is... Do you frequently complain about people, places, and things?

Do you?

Do you know if you do?

My last post was about destressing 2020 with the truth. Did you read it? You can check it out by clicking here.

Let us get ready for destressing 2020 with the truth. The truth I am talking about is, connecting to God, living with purpose, and moving back to the spiritual being that you and I are.

The truth is about leveling up in life if you want to.

This can be for you! Because you are the most crucial person in your life, and you can be even more impressive than you already are if you want to.

So, I ask you... are you a complainer?

Do you frequently criticize?

I know some people who constantly complain all the time. Most of their words are criticisms, and I do not believe they even know it. I think the average person grumbles, but it is not typical to gripe all the time.

In my youth, I found a lot of fault with people, places, and things and didn't even know I was doing it. My frequent complaints about everything maintained a negative attitude.

Some people are very harmful and don't believe or even know they are. What's worse is they don't know it is not normal, and they don't know that they aren't normal. Whatever normal is, right?

So, what does all of this have to do with destressing with focus? If you have a bad attitude, it comes from focusing on the doom and gloom of life or vice versa.

Happiness or misery comes from focus.

Some individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, or despair do not like to hear that it is their focus because they don't want to believe it is their fault. It is not anyone's fault that he or she has misery, but it can be any person's responsibility to believe in the self enough to change focus.

It is my humble belief, from education, evidence, and experience, that we can focus our way into destressing our life.

When we destress, we can and do live from the Spirit.

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law." ~Galatians 5:22-23, Holy Bible, KJV

I've spent much time practicing my focus and teaching others too. Some discoveries I have found within this practice and teaching are: it is effortless for people who have spent time practicing focus. It takes patience, training, and a never give up attitude to cultivate and develop concentration for people who weren't taught to.

To destress with focus, one must, if they want to, remove the complaining, criticizing, dramatizing, and gossiping. This kind of attention creates misery because it is about negative aspects of life. Some people will get this, and some won't.

If you believe that complaining, criticizing, dramatizing, and gossiping are okay, this post might not be for you. If you believe this post isn't for you, with all due respect and all the kindness and love in my heart, you may want to read my post on Ignorance is Not Bliss by clicking here. ~wink~

If you believe the mentioned behaviors are not okay and would like to eliminate these miseries of life, read on.

Either way, it's all good. I don't want to improve anyone or think I know what's best for anybody. I just want to point the person asking in the direction of connecting to God and living by the fruit of the Spirit, which is the permanent stress relief in this life.

So, here I go... pointing for whoever is asking for connection to God and life by the fruit of the Spirit.

Creating a focused mind is about practicing attention on the desired things an individual wants. To destress, concentration on the wished things is required over the undesired. Governing your thoughts by desire rather than thinking by default.

So, what do you want?

Indeed, you do not want doubt, fear, and worry, which is human conditioning. Indubitably, you want calm, confidence, happiness, and health.

To destress, one must practice calm and confidence, resulting in happiness and health.

It's all about contemplation, focus, and practice into permanence.

Let's experiment, shall we?

Try this...

For seven days, choose one of the statements below, and keep it at the forefront of your mind. This is practicing a reminder to relieve an unwanted attitude. What better way to destress than by replacing a stressful behavior with a calming one?

Also, if you'd like to enhance the experiment, get a notebook and at the end of every day, write down what worked. Do not write down what didn't work. We are focusing on destressing, remember, and not stressing. ~wink~

Choose one of the mantras, aka reminders, aka statements below, and for seven days contemplate it, focus on it by keeping it at the forefront of your mind all day long, and practice it into permanence.

1. "I am focused, organized, and productive in my thoughts." I think about the benefits and blessings in life rather than the faults of what is wrong.

This was my mantra for months about twelve years ago. I was setting goals, and I would say them repeatedly, so I was reminded to stay focused, organized, and productive. It was so helpful, and it worked.

or

2. "Hocus, pocus, focus on what I want. What do I want?" This is just a fun and funny one I still use when I need to focus. I often say it to others in a playful way when we should concentrate on something particular.

or

3. "I am alert. I have a quiet mind and relaxed body." This is the best one if you need to teach yourself to relax. Can you imagine saying this all day long to yourself, practicing quieting your mind, and relaxing your body continuously? You'd be an expert at it. Repetition is the great law of learning, reconditioning, and retraining. Some people believe they can't relax and want a way to learn. This is an excellent exercise to train your brain to quiet and your body to relax.

or

4. "I appreciate and am aware of (fill in the blank here)." This statement points a person in the direction of thinking about what he or she appreciates about the person, place, or thing in front of him or her at the very moment. This is a method to the power in your now. Contemplating, focusing, and practicing this same statement is the opposite of complaining and criticizing. This exercise can and will create a more positive attitude by replacing the negative one.

Your mission, should you accept it is to pick one of the statements given above. Choose the one you believe will help you, and stick with it every day for seven days. First thing in the morning, consciously think about this thought, and it will magnificently start your day. When you lay your head on your pillow in the evening, let this thought be what you contemplate and focus on as you fall asleep.

Contemplate, focus, practice, and keep the statement you chose at the forefront of your mind so that you may enhance destressing habitual thoughts.

This can be a spiritual experiment to overcome human conditioning of negative emotions that disconnect us from God. The goal is to destress with the truth, with focus, and to move back towards the Spirit of who we are.

Make a commitment to yourself and your leveling up to do this, and watch what good things happen.

Let me know how it goes if you'd like...

Big hugs, my dear friend...

Destressing So You Can Sleep

Hey, Hey! How you doing today?

Destressing for sleep is what I'd like to discuss this day...

The next question, numero cinco, on the stress test is...

Do you have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or getting essential hours of sleep because you can't stop thinking of things you have to do or because you have too much going on in your life?

If you answered yes, I'm going to give you three simple ways that may help you fall asleep and not only stay asleep but, get deep restful sleep that will rejuvenate you. The only thing is, you gotta care about yourself enough to do them. At least care about yourself to do one of them, and as you get better and better do another one, and sooner or later do the third.

Just choose one, or two, or all three. But do it for you because lack of sleep causes fatigue of the body, mind, and spirit. Fatigue is not conducive to a healthy life.

Just saying...

Okay, here we go...

Oh wait! One more thing before we begin. Let's treat this like an experiment, like you are the spiritual scientist of your life, and notice how it works.

The hypothesis being, these exercises will indeed help your sleep patterns. Now, a scientist always documents the evidence.

I believe, I know rather, that if you get a notebook, or notepad, and document how well you did the exercise, and how well you slept, you will enhance, your sleep patterns.

What say you? Would you be willing to do this experiment for you? If you are, it may just change your entire life. You may just feel, and think better, for you.

Okay, here we go...

Exercise number one: before you get in bed, and lay your head on your pillow get on your knees and pray. If you can't get on your knees, sit on the side of your bed and pray. But, pray a prayer of appreciation. Thank Heavenly Father for all the things you have, and are thankful for. Only appreciation!!! And then, ask Him to help you sleep deep, and wake up with energy. That's it!

Appreciation, and one request.

Exercise number two: after you get in your bed but, before you lay your head on your pillow, read some of the New Testament in the Holy Bible before you retire. I don't know if you read the Bible but, it has inspiring stories and words from Jesus and his disciples.

Hold on!!! Before you claim you already read, or you don't believe in God, Jesus, or the Bible, remember, this is an experiment. You do not have to believe in God to do an experiment and/or read something. Have an open mind. You can look at it as they are just stories. Plus, you may be enlightened as to why people believe in God, and this will only enhance your understanding.

If you don't have a bible, Google,"New Testament, Holy Bible, KJV," for King James Version, only because I believe that is the most correct version. Google will provide you with a website that has the bible online that you may read.

Exercise number three: when you get in bed, and lay your head on your pillow at night, right before you retire, focus on your breathing, and your heart beat. When you do this, you quiet your mind, and focus on life. The heart beat and breathing lungs are what gives you physical life, for without them your physical body cannot exist.

At first it may not be easy, or it may, just don't give up. Practice, practice, and practice some more, and you will make it not only permanent but easier.

There are so many people who have been assisted with sleep by this exercise alone. When I give a person this exercise, the next day, they proclaim to me how amazed and easy it works.

Okay dokay, there you go, the three exercises to enhance your sleeping patterns, which will help you destress yourself.

Do not forget to document your findings, dear scientist. ~wink~

You are the scientist of your life whether you know it or not. Experiment to find out what works, and keep doing what works.

Ha ha ha!!! Can't wait for you to do this. It is going to relieve so much strain and help you become such an expert at deep sleep.

You can do this!

I know you can...

Believe in yourself enough to do this for at least thirty days, and if you find it works, make these habits into permanence.

One thing I know for sure is that God is real, and if you do these three things, if you do not know that God is real just yet, I am confident you will discover the truth that He is.

If you need to.

Big Hugs to you my dear friend.

God bless you!

Speak soon...
