Destressing Deep Despair

Hello my dear reader...

Happy Sunday...

Destressing Deep Despair is what I'd like to discuss this day.

Some of you may have other things pressing on you besides world news. You may have personal crisis or difficulties that are causing deep despair.

If you do, please let me help and try to point you in the direction of destressing any despair.

If I could just bring you to the future, maybe a year or two from now, you may find yourself saying, "Oh my goodness, I really was freaked out over (insert whatever you might be struggling with now)."

Do you remember the hard times in the past and how you are doing much better, than then, now?

When I was a young, unwed, pregnant woman, thirty four years ago, I was in great turmoil. Could you imagine? What was I going to do? How was I going to support myself? How on earth was I going to raise another human being when I still needed growing up myself?

I was more afraid of the future than I ever was. The best part of it all is, having my son was the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I've learned to love like I have never loved before. I've learned that I am brave, courageous, resilient, and full of tenacity.

We all have the capability to see how the struggle can and will make us stronger. That strength I am talking about is the faith, patience, and trust in God.

This faith, patience, and trust in God is within us, we just have to practice it. We can reach for it within our mind, and practice it moment to moment.

Think about your past for a second.

When were you in despair before, prayed to your Heavenly Father, and then an answered prayer came? If you really think about it, sometimes it was immediate, and sometimes it was delayed a little while.

Were you ever in financial crisis, and relief came?

Were you ever in deep loneliness, or sadness, and relief came?

Were you ever in a dark place because of health, and prayers were answered?

Did you ever have a relationship end, and you thought it was the end of the world but you survived?

We can look in the past at our struggles and suffering, and see with clarity, the relief always came. The relief will always come.

I have suffered very much, and without going into detail, I have come to know a great lesson, and that is... everything is going to be alright, no matter what, because it always is. It always works out.

If we could but know, it always works out, before we freak out in our mind over the future, on what might happen, we can have serenity in our soul.

The crux of fear, aka insecurity, is we can freak out over the future, and our mind can make us crazy because we believe the thoughts we are thinking. Sometimes it's not so easy to relieve despair in another person, because of frightening thoughts of the future.

I've helped thousands of people in despair and there are two things I know for sure: first, people will argue for their despair, and you cannot argue with fear. Therefore, I let them work it out, in their mind, and with God. Arguing with despair becomes about being right, and I do not need, or want to be right.

Second, people who are in their lowest place, and want to suffer no more, will try almost anything to relieve the sorrow. Wanting relief from despair is probably why so many people, in anguish, are willing to listen, and can hear God's words.

The difference between the two, I present above, about despair are arguing, and listening. Arguing to be right because the insecure person is tired of being wrong. And listening for respite because the person is tired of a weary soul.

If you are in deep despair, and weary, because of what is going on in your life, and/or the world, I have listed links to posts below, and hopefully it will help you, if you need it.

I just want to point you towards healing, if you need it, and if you want it. That's all I can do, is be here for you.

There is a lot going on in the world right now, and I have faith that everything is alright, and that everything is going to get even better. My belief is based on my faith in God, life, others, and myself.

God bless you my dear reader...

Ever praying for your comfort, and strength.

Ever here for you when you need it.

Speak soon...

Elizabeth

Three Most Important Things When Destressing Despair

 Hey! Hey!

Destressing Despair is what I'd like to discuss this day...

How are you doing dear one?

I am hoping and praying for you... it is true!

In my last three posts I've issued a challenge and persuasions to relieve self insecurities...

You can click and read them here...

Increasing Habits of Faith

Leveling Up on Faith

The Art and Skill of Confidence

If you haven't read them, or you have read them and haven't attempted the challenge, you may want to reconsider, for it may just relieve any stress you may be having, especially despair.

The three most important things, in my humble opinion, in destressing despair are...

1) Having an open mind.

2) Believe in yourself.

3) Make a commitment to you.

These three ideas are the very beginning of relieving any kind of despair because if a person does not have an open mind, believe in the self, or make any kind of commitment, he or she may not try, let alone endure anything, to change his or her current environment. The thing is, a person must try something different, if he or she wants different results. The crux is, people in despair are often unwilling to listen to much, even from experts.

Crazy, I know... I was there! I've seen people there, in that state of a closed off mind with rigid beliefs.

Insecurity closes the mind. Despair is a deep state of insecurity. That statement is not meant to be unkind to anyone, by any means. Unfortunately, insecurity is a part of despair, and fortunately there is relief.

In my younger years of suffering emotionally, I was very closed minded, unbelieving in myself, and lacking in dedication to change. But now, after my studies and helping others, I still do experiments to evolve myself further into spiritual expansion.

I'm even doing the thirty day challenge I mentioned above, and it is doing wonders for further understanding myself spiritually.

I feel very good much of the time.

We are suppose to feel good!

We are suppose to have joy.

I do know that it is up to me to feel joyful. I know this with all my heart and soul. And I want nothing more than to help others feel relief from despair. Despair can be, and was for me, the worst feeling in the world. It is a suffering that I'd never, ever, ever, ever wish on anyone, and I want nothing more than to help my brothers and sisters, in this world, find relief.

There is hope!

There is relief!

It is my most humble opinion, from evidence, education, and experiences that nearly anyone can find respite from despair if he or she is willing to have an open mind to new beliefs, believe in the self, and discover what even a little commitment to the self can do.

Something to consider eh?

Could you? Would you? Consider it for you? If you need to...

That's all... ~wink~

Big Hugs!!!
