Hey! Hey!
Changing Stressful Habits is what I'd like to ramble about this day.
Happy Friday!
How are you doing? I hope and pray that you are getting off on the right foot today.
Getting off on the right foot, and getting up on the right side of the bed are very stress free habits.
Do you know that sometimes I say things that people do not want to hear? What I mean is, I say something about stressful habits, a person may disagree, and then they get upset with me.
This is the deal...
I will present to you some stressful habits you may or may not have, and if it applies, it applies, and if it doesn't, it doesn't, and it is completely normal for you to disagree with me. No reason to get upset here.
This is also the deal...
Wherever you go there you are. What that means is if a person gets irritated, offended, or upset easily or regularly, which are very stressful habits, sooner or later that person will get irritated, offended, or upset with me because that is what he or she does.
Hear me out now! Please!!!
I've known many people over the years who have been miserable with their job or significant other, and they lose one or both because of the misery. Then they wish for another better job, a better significant other, and go to great lengths to obtain one or the other. Soon after the obtainment, the same person with constant complaints, and criticism is complaining and criticizing about the new career or partner.
I'm not saying everybody does this, and I'm not saying you do this!
What I am saying, in this ramble, is you may want to consider if you have the stressful habits of getting up in a bad mood, and/or getting offended by others.
People do, and will defend their anger, irritation, and moodiness, and blame it all on others but the truth is they are just practiced habits into permanence. In addition, the truth is, they can, and will be practiced out of permanence.
It is not necessary to be irritable or moody, and it is not your fault if you are. It can be your responsibility to recognize it and intentionally change it.
Your value and your worth is the knowing and practicing of being the best you that you can be. This, my friend begins with believing in you! Believing that you can do it! Believing that you are worth it.
No one is driving this vehicle of life, of your life, but you.
If you have frequent irritation or moodiness, try this...
An affirmation...
A mantra...
A reminder...
First thing when you wake up, all day, and everyday for at least thirty days, say to yourself, "I am going to be kind to me by choosing kindness."
Being kind to others is being kind to yourself because it will make you feel better. Negative emotions make us feel like poop!
Ha Ha, I said poop again.
Life is not a competition, it is a cooperation with God. God is love, and when we love God abides in us. So, love yourself enough to be kind to yourself by setting your intention to release negative emotions. Love yourself enough to be kind to others even if you don't think you ought to be.
Could it be, you may be so focused on complaining and criticizing that you may be missing all the good?
If a person believes another person is being mean to him or her, he or she has the right to be mean in return. But! Leveling up is understanding that mean people are hurting inside and begging for significance. Mean people are begging for value and worth from others when all along it is within.
I really believe, I know rather, that anyone can, and will discover his or her value and worth when he or she discovers the power to connect to, and cooperate with God. When we connect to and cooperate with God, we learn our free agency to govern our beliefs and behaviors.
Our beliefs and behaviors lead to heaven or hell on earth.
Think about that one eh?!?
Everyone wants happiness, joy, and vitality, and these particular things come by practice.
Hocus Pocus Focus on happiness, joy, and vitality!
Hocus Pocus Focus on connecting and cooperating with God!
If you want to. ~wink~
Praying you a successful week my dear sweet brother/sister of this world!
Having faith that you will experience happiness, joy, and vitality more and more my dear sweet one.
Speak soon...

Releasing Negative Emotions
Hello!!!
How are you doing my dear sweet friend? I pray that you are having the most wonderful time in your life. That is my prayer for you...
It has been a looooooooong time since I've had negative emotions like anger, anxiety, depression, doubt, fear, irritability, moodiness, or worry. I'm not talking about the normal everyday glimpses of mild negative emotions. I am talking about the I want to kill you anger, anxiety attack anxiety, and the want to die depression.
I know, without a doubt, what negative emotions feel like, why we have them, and how to release them. I'm an expert on negative emotions because I lived with them for years, and I'm an expert at releasing them because I haven't had them for years. Not only have I NOT had them, I've helped thousands of people, if not more, release and relieve them. I don't say those things to brag, I say them to convince you that I quite possibly may help you release your negative emotions.
Do you believe, as I believe, that we are born innocent beings straight from God with the desire to grow by learning, listening, and loving? Think about that one for a sec. You know when you hold or see a baby there is pure unconditional love, so eager to learn.
When we are born, I do not believe we have an ounce of negative emotions. It is the human experience and existence that teaches them to us.
Think about the negative emotion that you feel the most often. Is it anger, anxiety, depression, frustration, irritability, moodiness, or maybe insecurity? I'd venture to say you could look at your life experience and figure out who taught you that particular emotion.
The greatest thing about life is we can, and many do, go back to that innocent unconditional love that we were born with, and with all the knowledge that we/he/she has gained in life thus far. It is my humble opinion that is why we are here... to gain spiritual enlightenment by returning to the love that we are.
Okay, okay, ramble, ramble, lol, getting to releasing negative emotions.
One of the best things to know when one begins to release the negative emotions that don't belong to us is that they don't belong to us. We are not our negative emotions. We are so much more than that. We are eternal, spiritual beings having a human experience to gain and grow.
Knowledge is very helpful to healing.
So, I gotta mission for you... if you choose to accept it.
This is so very simple but may not be easy.
Here we go...
This week, when you are experiencing anger, anxiety, depression, insecurity, or any other dominant negative emotion, say to yourself, "This does not belong to me! This negative emotion does not belong to me!" Then, take a deep breath in and exhale, imagining you releasing the negative emotion.
Side note: you may not want to do or say this out loud (wink~wink). Just do and say it inside your head, secret like.
Do it for a week, and if it works, keep on a doing it. Life is a science project... hypothesize, experiment, and keep on a doing what works. Practice into permanence. Practice into a habit that is healing and healthy.
Practice destressing you!!!
Too simple? Good! It ought to be easy. It is effective, trust me on this. I have years of experience soothing people out of negative emotions in several unique capacities, and I've become really, really, really good at it and I know you can too for you!
Got it?
Great!
I've got a prayer held tight in my heart for you that you will venture this journey so that you may heal.
I believe you can heal!
I know you can heal! My personal opinion because I know your value and your worth as a human and a spiritual being!
You Got This!!!
I LOVE YOU!!! (singing in my not so in tune opera voice)
God bless you Sugar!
Big Hugs!!!

DESTRESSING YOUR ANXIETY
Hello my friend! How are you? I hope you are very happy!
Yesterday, I shopped all day during Black Friday. Boy did I have fun. The first line I stood in, in front of a store at 6 a.m., I chatted with a handsome young man. Another line I stood in, inside a store at around 2 p.m., I chatted with a young girl, who happened to be standing in line for her Mother. I told her that she should charge her Mother a fee, he he he. It turned out to be a really great day, I got a lot of deals, and a lot of Christmas shopping done.
Although yesterday was great fun for me, there seemed to be a lot of angry and anxious people. In my younger years, I gotta admit, there were times that I was really angry, and really anxious but somewhere along my life, I decided to not be either anymore. Oh sure, I have my moments, briefly every once in a while. ;-)
What I was noticing yesterday, was people were radiating anxiety. Some people just live there life with anxiety and do not even know it. Some people live there life with anxiety and don't even know that they don't have to. We really do have a choice whether we are happy or sad, calm or anxious, easy-going or angry.
No one ever told me that I had a choice, I just figured it out one day. I don't remember the exact day but I do know that I have always had the attitude that if I wanted to be happy it was no one's responsibility but mine. Maybe that is why I am not married. Oh well, he he he.
Sometimes when I see an anxious person, I want to just go up and hug them and tell them everything will be okay, don't worry, and be happy.
If you have anxiety, or are always anxious, you are living with a very stressful habit. Stress is the number one cause of ALL illnesses.
Emotional signs and symptoms of anxiety may include anger, anxiousness, fear, frustration, the inability to feel calm, irritability, feeling overwhelmed, the inability to relax, restlessness, and unhappiness.
Mental signs and symptoms of anxiety may include the inability to concentrate, the inability to focus, indecisiveness, a racing mind, and thinking the worst is going to happen.
Physical signs and symptoms of anxiety include abdominal problems, backaches, chest pain, diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue, headaches, insomnia, nausea, neck aches, racing heart, shortness of breath, sweating, and twitches.
The list of signs and symptoms of anxiety goes on and on and as you can see, it is very unhealthy.
Anxiety manifests it's ugly little self through signs and symptoms, especially illnesses.
So what do you do if you are anxious? First, you must educate yourself. When you learn your signs and symptoms of anxiety then you can overcome them. Then you can learn to relax when you notice these signs and symptoms of yours, and get so good at relaxing that you can do it anytime and anywhere.
I truly believe that if you are an anxious person it is part of your personality therefore, probably a habit. When you Destress Yourself, you discover your stressful habits and replace them with successful ones. With the stressful habit of anxiety, it can be replaced with the successful habit of being calm and relaxing.
It is not necessary to live life without happiness, energy, and vitality, I believe that with all my heart and soul, and if you have anxiety, chances are you are not happy, you don't have energy, or vitality for life.
You can change your life! You got the power! I believe in you!
Have a great day, and don't forget to have fun and be playful.
