Advanced Stress Relief

Hey, hey!

How are you doing these days?

My prayer is that you are doing okay...

I'm a poet... lol... well, I try anyway ~wink~

Recently, I heard a Doctor proclaim that anger, anxiety, and depression are on the rise because of the fear of economic future.

It appears that many could use a little destressing these days. So, I wanna talk about advanced stress management, which is evolving actions, and attitudes, which evolves beliefs, behaviors, and feelings.

I want to make this post short and sweet, so I will ramble only a little bit, then offer you a minor practice, as I usually do, and see if it helps. Let's experiment and see if it will work for you.

Stress is caused by our reactions to thoughts of doubt, fear, and worry something not so good is going to happen or is happening.

Destressing is caused by our conscious decisions to practice our thinking in a certain way, which is choosing our attitudes, which will choose better actions.

There is a scripture that says, "Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone." ~James 2:17, Holy Bible, KJV

To me, one of the things this scripture means is to behave like we believe in God, not just say we believe in God.

To behave like we believe, one must speak, and think like he or she believes. If we speak and think thoughts of doubt, fear, and worry, but say we believe in God, we are not behaving like we believe. In other words, one may say he or she believes in God but his or her actions and attitude show otherwise.

There is another scripture that goes...

"And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them." ~Mark 11:22-24, Holy Bible KJV

I believe this to be true, and I believe it to pertain to spiritual things more than temporal things. Spiritual, in the sense that we must seek the Kingdom of God first and foremost, and then all we ask to assist us in this Spiritual expansion, will in fact, come to pass.

I've done many behavioral experiments. Also, clients I've worked with have tried behavioral and spiritual experiments. Recently, I've been doing spiritual experiments for myself, and the most recent ones are memorizing scriptures and meditating upon them for three days.

These spiritual experiments got me feeling like I am really leveling up in life. It feels good! Especially, in the midst of the most worldly circumstances seen in my life time.

To feel good like this is to feel God! That is my edict.

If you'd like to change your actions, attitude, behaviors, and beliefs, to feel better, choose one of the scriptures I quoted above. Take the scripture, memorize it, and ponder it often. Make this a priority for at least three days, and I believe, with all my heart and soul, you will teeter into advanced stress relief, if you need to. ~wink~

This is faith with works!

This is behaving like you believe in God!

God is very real!

One of my many favorite scriptures is...

"This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success." ~Joshua 1:8, Holy Bible, KJV

Meditate on the chosen scripture day and night and thou shalt have good success...

God bless you my dear reader...

Ever praying for your happiness, health, love, magnificent relationships, and wealth, for these are success...

Success is living by the fruit of the spirit...

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law." ~Galatians 5:22-23, Holy Bible, KJV

This success I speak of, truly is a mental, mind, ninja project, and pursuit...

Speak soon...

Happiness IS Success

Hello there...

Happiness and Success to Destress is the topic of this day.

How are you doing my friend?

I'm ever praying for you. For your happiness, joy, and vitality.

In recent posts I've written about Meditation, Affirmations, and Visualizations because I know the importance of using the authority we have to guard the gate of our mind, and thoughts, so that we may be thoughtful in our actions. Unfortunately the human conditioning trains us up to react in habitual, thoughtless ways to situations around us, which creates habits of negative emotions. It is our training.

You must know that we are born pure love, loving to learn, listen, love, and understand but then the human conditioning trains us to compare ourselves with others, and focus on what is wrong in life by complaining about, and criticizing others, ourselves, and things.

I have learned in my journey in life that everyone wants to love but some have a misunderstanding in that they are taught love is conditional and comes from others. I misunderstood this too.

The real truth is love comes from within, and from a connection to God.

When a person discovers the truth about love, and that it is in us to give, he or she can, and will find true happiness. That happiness is success.

Think about that for a moment.

Think about this... anything anyone wants, cars, degrees, homes, lovers, money, and/or titles, it is because they believe it will make them happy. The thing is, where ever you go, there you are. Meaning, if you are happy or unhappy these things you want will enhance the happiness or the unhappiness.

I know people with everything! All of it! And they are miserable because they bitch, and complain, and criticize, and then people have no desire to be around them. When people do not want to be around them, it just gives them more reason to be unhappy.

I know people with everything, or nothing, and they are the happiest people in the Universe because they are confident and connected to God.

Do you want more?

Could it be that you just want to be happy?

If you can see that happiness is success, and you want to be happier, love yourself enough to begin the retraining of your brain to destress your life and please consider meditating, affirming, and visualizing by desire.

You are the most important person in your life, and if you want more happiness, you can choose to use your authority and power by choosing to guard the gate of your thoughts. You have the power to choose to think better thoughts about and for you. We are intelligent beings and just because we have not been trained to focus by desire doesn't mean we can't.

It is my prayer that you appreciate and love yourself, and your life, enough to do a little work on your mind to bring you more happiness, and more success if that is what you want. If you do not believe you can, maybe you could try to believe a little more in you.

I am a witness to loving life, and to being a confident connection to God by using my authority and powers. If I can train myself, and help others to do it, you and I can help you too, if that is your desire.

The only real advice I have for you, for anyone is that you are doing really, really, really good, and if you don't know that you are, it is because you are not focused on or looking for the good that you do.

That is all...

Except, I love you, and I am ever praying for you. Never doubt that!

Speak soon...

SUCCESS

Hello there...  Day 16 ;0)

In November, I have challenged myself to write a post everyday, since this is writers month of some sort, he he he.  I started off by writing about fear, then faith, then anger, then anxiety, and then about being connected to God.  The reason I write about these things is because when I help people I assist them with negative thoughts and emotions that cause stress (anger, anxiety, depression, doubt, fear, and worry), and evolve these thoughts and emotions into positive ones like calm, certainty, confidence, faith, and happiness.

Today, I want to talk about success.  Why do I want to talk about success?  It is because many people have an illusion of what success is and they have an illusion that they are not successful.

What is the illusion of success?  Well, when I ask, "Who is successful?"  People tend to mention individuals with a lot of money.  Is that success?  Nope!  Success, like stress, is personal because we all have a different definition.

It is my humble opinion that success is happiness.  What would make you happy?  Would it be to spend more time with your loved ones?  Would it be to have peace in your home?  Peace at work?  Own your own business?  Would it be to live your passion and purpose?

I believe if we live what makes us happy, we are successful.

What is the illusion that you are not successful?  If you do not think that you are successful, it may be because you are not looking at all the blessings in your life, or you may be looking at what you don't have.

It would be just as easy for me to focus on what I don't have than what I have.  It would be just as easy for me to focus on what is wrong in my life instead of what is right.

how to destress, success
I am very successful, and I will tell you why.  I am successful because I have family and friends who love me, I have freedom to live my passion and purpose, and I always have enough money and time to do what I love to do, which is to live my passion and purpose, and love and spend time with my family and friends.  You have no idea how much I make, I could make $2,000 a month or I could make $2,000 a day, and the previous statement about my happiness and success is still true.  Money very rarely has anything to do with success.  Although, it sure do hep... lol

It would be just as easy for me to focus on who doesn't love me, or what I can't do, or what I don't have, or what I have not been able to do, but I don't.

Do you see the point I am getting to here?  If you do not think you are successful, I would, if I were you, delineate all the things that would make you happy, see what you already have in that list, and focus on your accomplishments and successes.  Choose to look at your blessings and success so far, and I promise you, that you will see your success.

You will destress yourself.

Have a great day my friend.  You are successful!

HOW DO I BECOME SUCCESSFUL?

Hello! Happy Monday! I am gonna guess you had a great Easter! Hope it's true.

One question I get asked often is, "How do I become successful?"

That is an excellent question, don't you think?

First, you're probably already successful if you think you are not. I will come back to that in a minute, otay?

To become successful, one must define what success means to them to know what they are striving for. So, what does success mean to you?

Most Americans define success by finances. Therefore, if a person is not making the money he or she would like, they do not think they are successful.

Success means to me that I am perfect love. What the heck does that mean, huh? What it means to me is that I love life and myself enough to enjoy life and treat myself great, which includes thoughts of myself. Think about it! If you think great thoughts about yourself, you have super duper confidence. What does confidence get you? It gets you explosive jumps in personal and professional well-being because you have enough faith in yourself to go for what you want. How many times have you passed up an opportunity that would have been the best experience but didn't have enough faith in yourself to pursue it? Faith is the opposite of fear.

"There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love." ~1 John 4:18, Holy Bible, KJV.

When I am perfect love, I can love the unlovable person or situation, and then negative persons and things do not get to me. When I have perfect love, I feel good ALL THE TIME! Well, the majority of the time, anyway. Isn't that what we want? To feel good all the time? The opposite of love is hate; when we hate, we feel miserable. Don't you agree?

This might sound crazy to you, and I am guessing it does, but that is just what success means to me. This has gotten me to enjoy every minute, every day, every place, and every person. This has also allowed me to love the people I help, which is part of my success in helping people. You gotta love'em.

One great thing about all of this is I love, love, love what I do. How cool is that? Another great thing is that I am focused, organized, and produce when I feel good (aka destressed).

So, back to the question, "What does success mean to you?"   Define what success means to you, and then move towards that. If you do, you will become more successful in your mind, and that is what matters.

But, let's get back to the part where you are already successful. People often do not think they are successful because they aren't making the money they want. Guess what? Money is not success. Money certainly is a part of success, but another part, a big big part, is happiness, the ability to enjoy life, and feeling good about yourself.

If we focus on money and are not making the kind of money we would like, we are focusing on what we don't have, which is a very stressful habit. You, my friend, are very successful. How do I know? Because you have great relationships, you have great things in your life, and you are a productive person in society.

So many people come to me for stress relief. Many do not see their success until we discuss what they have and have accomplished so far in life. What if we look at what you have! Do you have a roof over your head? You most likely have a car and have excellent relationships with your family, friends, and coworkers. What have you accomplished so far? You most likely have completed your schooling (perhaps not yet but are working on it), you have had many successful ventures, made it this far in life, and many possessions.

You are successful!

My nephew and I were talking about this very subject yesterday. He said, "Thank you for your wisdom Auntie, even though I only understood about 50% of it."  That is brilliant because most people only get about 10% of it. I am betting that you get it, don't you?

We are successful in many ways. We can enhance our success by appreciating, defining, and desiring.

I realize I ramble, and that is all I have now.  ;0)

I hope that you have a wonderful week with all my heart and soul.

Please consider appreciating, defining, and desiring your success.

Speak soon...

Big Hugs...

MY JOURNEY

Hey there.  How the heck are you?  I am very well, thank you very much.

I wanted to show you my journal.  That is a picture of it right there.

Pretty cool aye?

I just wanted you to know how serious I am about setting and obtaining goals.  It's not just about goals though, it is about being happy, and making things better and better, no matter what you are going through.

Last Tuesday, I wrote about Never Ending Goal Setting, because I believe, with all my heart and soul, that the only way to diligently progress and produce in this life is by constantly setting and obtaining goals, and by an enduring determination to evaluate our development so that we can continue to improve.

People are always complaining and speaking about how hard life is when in actuality, it really isn't that bad or hard.  I hear woman talk about how horrible a commercial is or how devastating someone's behavior is but it is all an illusion.  You know what is devastating?  Losing your legs, and not being able to walk, or losing a lung so that you are unable to function actively, not a commercial or someone's behavior.

What I think about these individuals who complain and cry woe is me, all the time, is that they are not learning or moving forward.  When you learn and move forward, you discover that life is not really hard (well sometimes it is ;)), and there isn't anything that you can't handle because you have become stronger and stronger from your challenges.

Trust me on this one ;)

One of the biggest things that has helped me move forward and discover that I can handle anything is my writing.  My writing began in my journals, then I did a lot in college, and now I blog.  My writing is not the best but, you should have read it before I went to college.  I was raised by a Mother who's second language is English, and it really shows in my journals.  It really shows on my blog, as well, but it is a lot better than it was.

Tangent!  LOL

What I am trying to say is, I have come a long way because of my writing, especially in my journals.  I have set and obtained some serious goals, and I have overcome some serious challenges.  What is so cool is, I can look back at where I was in life, my anxiety, my depression, my alcoholism, or my PTSD, I know how far I have come, and know that I can handle anything.  It is because of this constant goal setting and evaluating of myself that has gotten me where I am now.

No!  I am not a millionaire, yet!  But I am stronger spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.  The only reason I say that is because most people attribute moneys to success when I look at the ability to be happy and still move forward in life, under any circumstance, as being successful.  In order to be happy and still move forward, under any circumstance, one must be strong spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.  The way you get there is learning more from your challenges, having faith in yourself, and having a very strong spiritual relationship with God.

There have been many times in my life when I have been angry, anxious, depressed, and overwhelmed.  Those were my challenges, and I have learned from them primarily through the documentation of my thoughts, feelings, actions, attitudes, and goals.

When I was a young single Mother, I use to have severe anxiety over money.  As I look back, and read my journal entries, I can remember the thoughts and feelings, and I can know, without a doubt, that if I made it through that, I can make it through anything.  This, my friend, is an unbelievable gift that I have taught to hundreds, if not thousands, of people.

In my last post, I wrote that I too would get my journal and start my never ending goal setting process, and I have.  I wrote my goals for 2012, right after I wrote that post.

So, get your journal, take responsibility for your life, get ready to destress yourself for 2012, get back to the basics, start to overcome some amazing challenges, and do it with faith, RIGHT NOW!

Let's do this together.  If you journal, I promise you, you will see some amazing things happen in your life and it won't be just setting and obtaining goals, it is much bigger than that.

You can do this!

You got the power!

You can be, do, and have anything your heart desires in 2012!

Don't you wanna?  I know you do!

Good luck my friend.  Speak soon...

Don't forget!  Have fun!  Be playful!

Big Hugs...
