When we figure out an answer and create a goal, we can replace our incessant worry with solution-focused behavior.
Here are three easy steps to creating a goal.
1. Decide on a solution to your problem, in other words, figure out the best remedy to your current dilemma.
2. Write the solution down as a goal.
3. Focus on this goal diligently and effortlessly by replacing your obsession with worry with an obsession for this goal.
