Spiritual Expansion

Well, Hey There!

Spiritual Expansion is the topic of this day.

How are you doing, my friend? My dear sweet friend.

I pray that you feel calm, confident, and connected to God.

In my last post, Training Your Brain to Destress, I offered the affirmation, "God loves me, God cares for me, and He is giving me all good things for my spiritual expansion."

Spiritual Expansion is always greater, increased confidence and faith, which is basically love.

"There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love." ~1 John 4:18, New Testament, The Holy Bible, KJV

I love that scripture so much!

Spiritual Expansion is relearning the love that we are. The love that we came into this world being and that was cast out by conditioning.

Hate is the opposite of love, and so it must be fear. I never say the "H" word except when I am teaching about it because I have no hate. Therefore, there is no reason to use that word. Nevertheless, hate is taught to us and grows with practice. It is a powerful emotion and expression, but love is above it.

Love is above it all.

Love is for giving to the self and to others.

It is my humble opinion that people who hate have hate for themselves, and it is displayed outward toward others and certain things.

Hate is the strongest negative emotion, and love is the strongest affirmative emotion that gives energy.

Do you love yourself?

Crazy question, I know! But the craziest part is that if you dislike or even hate yourself, you are not only harming your future and life, you are draining your energy.

In this ramble, I am trying to say that God loves you, cares for you, and gives you all good things. Anyone can and will see this if they are willing to stop hating and start looking for the lesson in the things they proclaim to hate.

In my humble opinion, the lesson is always faith, love, and patience, usually towards the self. The task truly is an exquisite focus on trusting God.

It is human conditioning to focus on what is wrong, for example:

A person may hate themselves because they aren't good-looking enough, rich enough, slim enough, smart enough, or young enough, and so they are so focused on that hate that they are too busy to appreciate what they are and what they have.

Appreciation is the truth.

Appreciation feels very close to love, and when we focus exquisitely on what we appreciate and love, we can and will feel much more joy.

There is so much good in this world than there is wrong, and no one can say that I am asking anyone to ignore the bad; I am just saying focus on what is right!

Appreciation is the key!

Love is the truth!

With an exquisite focus on appreciation and love for others and the self, anyone can and will expand spiritually.

You just gotta practice and never give up!

Affirm and remind yourself daily, hourly, and moment by moment.

I have a very joyful life, and it is all because of God and the blessing from practicing appreciation, love, and never giving up on God or me, EVER!

Connecting to God is a constant practice, which is the authority and power I choose.

We have a choice, and if you do not believe you do, you just may not believe in yourself.

If you do not believe in yourself, you may not appreciate and love yourself enough.

That's all I got, my friend!

Appreciation and love for God, for life, and for you!

Hocus, pocus, focus!

Practice makes perfect permanence!

That's what life is all about!

God bless you, my dear friend.

Ever praying for your calm, confidence, and connection to God. That is the healing.

That is my passion, and my purpose in serving the Lord.

May God bless you with more authority and power to focus on your benefits and blessings.

THREE CRUCIAL THINGS TO DESTRESS YOURSELF

Hi there.

My last post was focus, organize, and produce.

Did you read it?  It talks a about, well, about focusing, organizing, and producing.  lol.

The thing is, in order to destress yourself, we must move towards what we want and so many people don't because they are in the constant state of going nowhere.  In order to feel good about ourselves, we gotta be moving forward in life.

So, with that said, I want to provide three suggestions for priorities on your list to focus, organize, and produce.  These particular things will help destress yourself, and your life.  Trust me on this one.

Numero uno...  Spritituality

Numero dos...  Your mind

Numero tres...  Your body

People always think they want more money, and they do, but we gotta work on these three aspects to really enjoy life, to really destress yourself so you can have focus, organization, and productivity, and make money.

Money, or lack there of, is the number one leader that is causing people to stress right now.  How do I know?  My in box, and my conversations with people.  People are losing 'things' because of their present situation, and it is causing a whole lotta stress, and individuals believe if they have more money, things will be better, and they will except if we are stressed, angry, anxious, or depressed, we are not destressed and we cannot focus, organize, and produce.  We ought to work on the REAL important things that will help us in the long term.

When I am helping someone, whether it is a crisis, overcoming burnout, or general stress, the number one thing that helps is spirituality.  Getting back to God increases faith in life, self, and others.  It's a two way street.  God is always watching over you, and if you watch for Him, you will be comforted and your faith will grow.  Faith is the opposite of fear, which truly is the culprit of stress.

What you put in your mind is very valuable when it comes to destressing, as well.  What goes in your mind comes from your faith or fear.  If you have thoughts of faith in yourself, you move forward with explosive jumps, or if you have thoughts of fear of the future, you will cause yourself stress and stumble.

In addition, what you put in your body, and how you treat your body will determine your success.  You are what you eat, and if you eat junk, you are junk.  LOL.

Sorry, it's just if you eat processed foods, they have no nutritional value whatsoever, and therefore, you will not have any energy.  It takes energy to handle stress and good foods, God's foods, will give us energy.  Finally, physical fitness and rest will help you destress yourself.  if you do not exercise and get real rest, your body will become exhausted and overworked, which causes physical stress, and burnout.

What I am proposing with the three crucial things to destress yourself is make spirituality, your mind, and your body a priority so that you can focus, organize, and produce.

Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you." ~Matthew 6:33

"And be renewed in the spirit of your mind." ~Ephesians 4:23

"What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?" ~1Corinthians 6:19

If you are stressed, consider your focus on these three things, then organize, and produce.

That's all I got, have a great day.  Speak soon...

IS THERE SPIRITUAL STRESS?

Hello!  How are you?  I hope you are having a lovely week and you are enjoying your weather.  I sho am.  We have had cold weather here in Southern California.  It has been in the low 50's, ha ha ha...  Sorry, it's just funny to me because we think 50 degrees is cold.  March is a cold month in Southern California.  Moo hoo ha ha ha.

So, I gotta question for you my friend...

Do you think there is Spiritual Stress?  I do!

For sure there is physical stress and there is mental stress.  I think most of our stress stems from the mental process that we have.  For example, if we have thoughts of doubt, fear, and worry about particular things we activate the stress response, which is an increase in heart rate and blood pressure, our blood flow shifts, our immune system shuts down, and all kinds of toxins are released into our system.  This response results in all kinds of stress, including the physical kind.

Also, when we suffer from physical stress it usually stems from our mental processes.  We sleep less because of our thoughts, meaning our mind might be racing and so we can't sleep, or we think we need to do something more important other than sleep.  We eat cruddy because of our beliefs like we don't have time for healthier food, or we crave fast, processed foods.  We don't exercise because we think other things are more important.  The physical stress comes from not eating right, not exercising, and not sleeping enough.  We need activity, nourishment, and rest to reduce physical strain.

Okay, okay, back to the question.  Do you think there is Spiritual Stress?  The reason I ask this is because I notice that people who do not have faith in God, or say they do but don't practice it, are the most stressed out people I know.

There are some Human Behaviorists that believe that all fear stems from the fear of death.  I do not believe it but you could certainly see how nonbelievers, in God, would be afraid of death.

The reason I believe that there is Spiritual Stress is because people who are at their deepest moments of despair can easily be brought from crisis to calm when we speak about faith in God.  Now, people who do not believe in God, have a very difficult time overcoming crisis.  Their faith in God is non existent, and their faith in life, others, and themselves is very very low.

This is just my humble opinion from my experience in helping thousands of people destress themselves from deep despair, or in other words crisis.

I kid you not!  People who believe in God, especially the one's who have a deep down conviction that Jesus Christ is their Savior, are much more successful at handling critical stress, burnout, and just general stress.

I have been helping people with stress for about 20 years, and formally with a specialization for about 13 years.  In 2007, five years ago, I began my assistance to destress the world online and have helped literally thousands of people destress themselves.  One of the most important factors, or most important elements rather, is faith in God.  Faith in God truly helps more than anything I have ever witnessed.

So, with all of that said, is there a Spiritual Stress?  I truly believe there is.

Stress is strain, whether it is physical, mental, emotional, or even spiritual.  If stress is strain, the opposite of stress would be health, relaxation, and wellness, wouldn't it?

When I think of the opposite of stress, I think of safety and relaxation.  So if I am stressed, and I would want to be better, I would move towards feeling safe and relaxed.

When we put our trust in God, and have faith in Him, we feel safer, and more relaxed.

What do you think?  I have met only a few people in my life that do not believe in God, and that is why I can help so many people, because of their faith.  I know that this is so.

If you are stressed, it could be Spiritual Stress.  If you are Spiritually Stressed, this is what I would say...

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."  ~Matthew 6:33

What things shall be added unto you?  "Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?  (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things."  ~Matthew 6:31-32

That's what I got, about Spiritual Stress.

I hope, with all my heart and soul, that you are enjoying your life, the people around you, and the places you are in because life is about experiencing joy.  I know it!  Do you know about it?

Have a great day my friend.  Remember to have fun and be playful.

BIG HUGS...

Elizabeth
