FOCUS, ORGANIZE, AND PRODUCE

Hello my friend.  How are you this Monday mornin?  I hope that you are doing great, I truly do.

I opened my email box this morning and I have 164 emails  awaiting my answer but I have a lot to do, so it may be hours before I can get to them. 

Yesterday I made a list of all the things I need to do this week.  That is my deal on Sundays.  I make a list of all the things I need to do, and then I prioritize them. 

One of my affirmations, everyday and all day, is "I am focused, organized, and productive."  It is so easy to get caught up in the busy world and neglect the priorities in life.

How are your priorities?  Are you focused, organized, and productive. 

In order for me to be focused, organized, and productive, I absolutely have to make a list and number it by way of importance.  What's on my list, he he he...  Well, the first thing is, I have to loose 5 pounds.  Don't judge me now but that is one of my priorities.  A few other priorities I have are pray, read my scriptures, meditate, stretch, and walk my dog.  These priorities are everyday, all year long, and for my well-being. which is without question, the most important thing to me.  If I can't take care of myself, I can't take care of anyone else, and a whole lotta peeps are counting on me daily.

One of the most important things we can do in life is avoid the constant state of going nowhere, and in order to do that we must be focused, organized, and productive.

So, if you want to focus, organize, and produce in order to destress yourself, here is my suggestion.

1.  Know what you want out of life.  Do you want health, more money, better relationships, and/or for your family to know you love and care about them? 

2.  Make a list every week, and daily.


4.  Take responsibility for your life, and do the list above ;0)

5.  Remind yourself by saying, "I am focused, organized, and productive."  You will not regret it.

Well, that's all I got.  I have prayed, read my scriptures, meditated, wrote a post, and now I am off to stretch and walk my dog.  Have a wonderful week and don't forget to have fun and be playful.
