SUCCESS

Hello there...  Day 16 ;0)

In November, I have challenged myself to write a post everyday, since this is writers month of some sort, he he he.  I started off by writing about fear, then faith, then anger, then anxiety, and then about being connected to God.  The reason I write about these things is because when I help people I assist them with negative thoughts and emotions that cause stress (anger, anxiety, depression, doubt, fear, and worry), and evolve these thoughts and emotions into positive ones like calm, certainty, confidence, faith, and happiness.

Today, I want to talk about success.  Why do I want to talk about success?  It is because many people have an illusion of what success is and they have an illusion that they are not successful.

What is the illusion of success?  Well, when I ask, "Who is successful?"  People tend to mention individuals with a lot of money.  Is that success?  Nope!  Success, like stress, is personal because we all have a different definition.

It is my humble opinion that success is happiness.  What would make you happy?  Would it be to spend more time with your loved ones?  Would it be to have peace in your home?  Peace at work?  Own your own business?  Would it be to live your passion and purpose?

I believe if we live what makes us happy, we are successful.

What is the illusion that you are not successful?  If you do not think that you are successful, it may be because you are not looking at all the blessings in your life, or you may be looking at what you don't have.

It would be just as easy for me to focus on what I don't have than what I have.  It would be just as easy for me to focus on what is wrong in my life instead of what is right.

how to destress, success
I am very successful, and I will tell you why.  I am successful because I have family and friends who love me, I have freedom to live my passion and purpose, and I always have enough money and time to do what I love to do, which is to live my passion and purpose, and love and spend time with my family and friends.  You have no idea how much I make, I could make $2,000 a month or I could make $2,000 a day, and the previous statement about my happiness and success is still true.  Money very rarely has anything to do with success.  Although, it sure do hep... lol

It would be just as easy for me to focus on who doesn't love me, or what I can't do, or what I don't have, or what I have not been able to do, but I don't.

Do you see the point I am getting to here?  If you do not think you are successful, I would, if I were you, delineate all the things that would make you happy, see what you already have in that list, and focus on your accomplishments and successes.  Choose to look at your blessings and success so far, and I promise you, that you will see your success.

You will destress yourself.

Have a great day my friend.  You are successful!
