Destress Quickly Via Visualization

Hey! Hey!

How are you doing today?

I hope and pray you are loving life!

In a post, I wrote about a month ago, Do You Have an Open Mind, I mentioned I would write about Meditation, Affirmations, and Visualization Techniques. In my recent posts, I've discussed Meditation and Affirmations, and now I want to give a quick Visualization Technique on how to destress.

This visualization technique will destress yourself quickly, sound good? This exercise works wonders when you are really ticked off at someone, or they are causing you a whole lotta stress.

Here we go...

Find yourself in a quiet, uninterrupted environment, for at least 5 minutes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale through your mouth while you imagine all the tension leave your body.

Now, imagine yourself in the most beautiful, serene, and quiet paradise with a water fall.

Got it?

Now, imagine yourself slowly entering the tempered water pool that is created by the waterfall.

Take a deep breath, and then imagine yourself wrapping your hands around that person's neck, the person that is getting on your last nerve, that person that is causing you the most grief in your life right now, and dunk their head into the water, and hold them there. As you let them up, ask them if they are going to get off your back. As they beg for your forgiveness, and tell you that they will never do it again, dunk their head again.

When you let them up, tell them, "From now on you will address me as King/Queen of the world."  And as they agree, let them go, and walk away.

LOL, LOL, LOL, LOL!!!

You know that is funny! You cannot deny the funnyness of that!

Ha Ha Ha! I am still laughing.

There you go! How to destress yourself quickly with visualization, the only way, with a laugh.

WARNING!!! DO NOT DO IT FOR REAL!!! It just won't be funny.

Disclaimer...  If you do it for real, it is not my fault, I told you not to.

I love you! I really do!

Have a lovely, lovely week.

Stay tuned for more on meditation, affirmation, and visualization techniques.
