Do You Have an Open Mind?

Hello! Hellol!

How to destress yourself with an open mind is what I want to talk about today.

Hey, hey!  How are you?  I hope you are having the time of your life, I really do.

In my last post I wrote about
The Three Most Important Things When Destressing Despair.

Did you happen to read it?

The first thing, of the three, is having an open mind. So, I thought I'd just discuss that a little bit.

Do you believe you have an open mind?

When an individual has an open mind, he or she wants to learn, and listens for possibilities, is teachable, and willing to try new things.

When an individual has a closed mind, he or she may not necessarily be open to information that may be a healing help to them.

The healing help I am talking about is the journey to happiness. Happiness is healing the emotional hurt, and emotional hurt is negative emotion.

When a person is angry, anxious, depressed, and/or in despair he or she may be suffering and unhappy.

When a person is unhappy, what he or she is doing is probably not working, and having an open mind can, and will assist in the possibilities of new things that can, and will relieve the sorrow.

Do you believe you have an open mind?

Are you willing to try something new that may possibly enhance your life for you?

Do you believe your life needs enhancing?

Some people believe their life needs enhancing, and some people don't.

I'm here to help those who want an enhancing. ~wink~

But if you don't want an enhancing, I say, and think that's cool too...

Have you ever meditated?

Have you ever created and applied affirmations?

Have you ever visualized what you really want out of life?

The reason I ask these questions is because I preach meditation, to quiet the anxious and worried mind, affirmations, to assist in new habit forming, and visualizations for inspiration and self motivation.

Some people struggling with negative emotions are unwilling to try any of the things mentioned above because sometimes people who are having a hard time with despair have shut down to learning new things, which is basically closing the mind.

Are you willing to open your mind and destress yourself by trying new things?

Are you willing to destress yourself by practicing meditation?

Are you willing to destress yourself by applying affirmations that will assist in creating new habits?

Are you willing to destress yourself by visualizing what you want, in order to overcome the stressful habits of doubt, fear, and worry?

If you said yes to these questions, awesome!

If you said no to these questions, and you are distressed, then chances are, you may have a closed mind to hope.

Could you consider new things like learning to meditate, create affirmations, and visualize?

I have meditated, affirmed, and visualized for years now, and it is the most effective goal obtaining enhancers in the world.  Trust me on this one!

Everyone affirms and visualizes. Did you know that? The worried person affirms and visualizes his or her doubts and fears by default. I'm suggesting to set the intention of affirming and visualizing by desire, and meditation helps with that process.

I have clients who have learned to meditate, affirm, and visualize, and they have made explosive jumps in their personal and professional performance.

What do you think?

I kid you not, this stuff is amazing, you just have to be willing to try something new to change your life from stress to destress, if you think you need to.

If you have never meditated, affirmed, or visualized intentionally, and are unwilling to do such for yourself, thinking this stuff won't help your despair, or unhappiness for that matter, you may have a closed mind. Part of that closed mind comes from the  unwillingness to do anything for the self. When we are unwilling to do anything for the self, the next step is to work on believing in the self.

If you don't have a lot of faith in yourself, and you do open your mind to trying new techniques, you may just begin to see your real value, and your real worth. When a person realizes his or her value and worth, he or she begins to believe in the self more.

When a person learns to believe in his or herself, that person begins to discover his or her true capabilities and power. Then, that person begins to open his or her mind even more, knowing that he or she is the only one who can make his or her life an amazing one or a suffering one.

What I am trying to say in all of this ramble is, an open mind will get you somewhere you want to be and if your mind has been closed off to new things you may want to try something new like meditation, affirmations, and visualizations.

If you do want to open your mind a little bit more and try, please stay tuned for the next posts on how to apply the meditation, affirmation, and visualization techniques.

Okay dokay pokay?!?
