Yesterday I talked about fear versus faith, and I mentioned replacing the fear with confidence. For some, replacing fear with faith will not be easy because the habit of thinking the worst will happen (fear) is very deep within the body, mind, and soul.
So, how do you eliminate fear and create faith? Straightforward, my friend! One must evolve the mind from fear to trust on a conscious level to become the new habit that replaces the old practice of fear.
How? A simple affirmation slash mantra, "I can handle it!" Or, "I got this!" When you notice the fear creep in, make it a habit to say to yourself, "I got this, not a problem!" At first, you may not believe it, but trust me, you will begin to believe it and replace fear with faith.
