Hello again...Day 2 ;0)

Yesterday I wrote, "Fear Creeping In?"  And today I wanna discuss what fear is because it is my humble opinion, from my 20 years of responding to critical stress, that fear is the culprit of stress.  

Fear begins with the thought of being afraid of something.  Fear is an unpleasant emotion that is caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous and that something bad is going to happen that will cause pain or is a threat.

Fear is a very human habit that many have.  Fear is contrary to faith, and I believe we can eliminate fear with faith.

See if you can notice your fear, and eliminate it with faith.  If you do this, you will destress yourself.  Truly, that is how to destress.
