FEAR VERSUS FAITH

Hello again...Day 2 ;0)

Yesterday I wrote, "Fear Creeping In?"  And today, I want to discuss fear because it is my humble opinion, from twenty years of experience, that it is the culprit of stress.

Fear begins with the thought of being afraid of something. It is an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous and that something terrible will happen that will cause pain or is a threat.

Panic is a very human habit that many have. Anxiety is contrary to faith, and I believe we can eliminate it with confidence.

See if you can notice your distress and eliminate it with trust. If you do this, you will destress yourself. Indeed, that is how to destress.

Have a great day!
