Very recently I saw one of my friend's post on Face Book and it said, "Sh*t happens, mostly to me, so don't worry." How profound! I responded by saying, "It is absolutely done unto you as you believe."
When it comes to thoughts, we are either moving towards faith or fear. When it comes to feelings, we are either moving towards love or hate. Choose faith my friend, and choose to move towards love. It really is as easy as a choice. When we have fear and move towards hate, unpleasant things will happen.
In order to destress yourself, and your week, make a conscious effort to move towards thoughts of faith with an attitude of, "I can do this! I can handle this! I am focused, organized, and productive."
Also, move towards feelings of love for yourself and others. If we have loving feelings towards ourselves we will certainly feel better about ourselves and our future. When we appreciate and have understanding for others we can and will feel better and enjoy life more.
It is just as easy to have faith, and to love as it is to have fear, and to hate. It is just a choice, a conscious choice.
Make the conscious effort today, and throughout the week, won't you? If you do, you will destress yourself.
