HAPPINESS

Hello there!  Day 17 ;0)

Happiness comes from within.  Do you agree?  Disagree?


Everything we do, we do it because we think it will make us feel better whether it is instant gratification or long-term satisfaction.


Wouldn't it be cool if we could just tell ourselves to be happy, and then we become happy?


The only thing that is guaranteed in this life is our freedom to think the way we choose to think, and death.  


Blah, blah, blah, right?


Well, if you are unhappy, and want to be happy, I can show you how you can discover that happiness comes from within.  The only thing is, you have to do it.  You have to commit to this mission, if you choose to accept happiness comes from within.


This is what you gotta do...


For thirty days write thirty things, write in a journal, or on a pad of paper, a list of all the things you are grateful for in your life.  These are things you love about your life, and all the blessings that you have.  Everyday, write this list of gratitude first thing in the morning.


I have had several clients who have been sad or just plain unhappy, and after they do this exercise, life changes.


Are you willing to allow your life to change?  Are you willing to know that happiness comes from within?  Are you willing to accept this mission of happiness?


I do!  I accept.  I am going to do it.  I know it works because I do it at least three times a year.  This is your mission for happiness, or happierness ;0), if you choose to accept it.  Do you accept it?  I hope you do, I truly do...
