Hello there my friend.  It's been a while since I posted last and I hope with all my heart and soul that you are stress free.  It's been a little over three weeks since I posted last.  The summer seems to be a very stress free time of year, compared to October through April.  Although, I still get a ton of emails during this time of year, the reader volume of my blog goes down.  Those are my excuses why I haven't posted much, besides the fact that I love, love, love July, and the summer months.  My absolute favorite month is July.  My absolute favorite holiday is July 4.  It signifies my freedom, and it allows me to celebrate the wonderful country I live in.

Any who...  If you are dealing with a rough patch, and you are having some stress, I want to give you some posts from the past that you can read.
