Another !!!WARNING!!! !!!WARNING!!!

Hey, hey, my dear friend...

Got another warning for you...

The warning is I may write some things that you may not want to read. Meaning, you may strongly disagree with me, so strongly that you may become displeased with me.

It's not necessarily important that we disagree. However, it can be greater to try and understand one another even if we think differently. It's alright to have divers beliefs.

The reason I begin this blog post in that way is because I know, and I understand that people do not agree with my stance that I am about to declare today... So, here I go...

The conditioning we receive from our guardians and teachers create habits in our attitudes, and personalities. These habits become addictions in a sense that we believe we cannot, or we do not want to quit them.

The addictions that I am talking about are the emotions that create very stressful atmospheres and lives. The emotions that I am talking about are anger, anxiety, depression, and despair.

Now, hear me out on this.

We are born spiritual beings.

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law." ~Galatians 5:22-23, Holy Bible, KJV

We have, in my humble opinion, absolutely no anger, anxiety, depression, or despair when we are born. We actually learn it from our conditioning. Can you not remember as a child being okay, and as you got older becoming less and less okay because of fear.

"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and love, and a sound mind." ~2 Timothy 1:7, Holy Bible, KJV

Anger is taught fear that we will not be okay if we do not get our way. Some people learned their anger from a guardian that would lose it if they didn't get their way, and/or they would get really mad if you didn't do things the way they wanted them done. Sound familiar?

Anxiety is fear of the future and is a training from the belief we must worry about what "might" happen. Some individuals learned their anxiety from a guardian that was always fearful of what might happen, or what other people might think of them.

Depression is feeling not good enough and is derived by others convincing us, in our earlier years, we are not good enough. There are so many scenarios that could convince a person that he or she is not good enough, particularly from a guardian that was never satisfied, and always wanting a child to be, or do better. Primarily from a guardian that always complains, and criticizes, like the below average person.

These are just examples that I provide to some how, some way, show that years of conditioning has much to do with fearful emotions of a person. The crux of a negative emotion is that many cannot see how one can overcome something they've lived with for so long.

I know and see people with severe anger, anxiety, depression, and/or despair, in everyday life, and they honestly believe that is just how they are and they have absolutely no control over any of it.

This is not so! We do have control, we just got to believe we do. This is exactly why I asked my readers to memorize and repeat the scripture, "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and love, and a sound mind." ~2 Timothy 1:7, Holy Bible, KJV, often in my last post.

The human experience and conditioning has given us the spirit of fear but God gives us the power, and love, and a sound mind to overcome it, and return to the spiritual being we truly are.

I know, with all my heart and soul that this is so! I know because I was the most angry, anxious, depressed, individual wallowing in the deepest of despair for many, many, many years. For years, I turned to God, and was guided and inspired to meditate. For years, I turned to God, and meditated, and have been guided and inspired to help thousands, yes, thousands of others overcome the same addictions.

Maybe you believe me, and maybe you don't. Either way, it's okay. One day, you will know, if you don't already know, that you are the most important person in your life, and the negative emotions that you experience, and reside in often, do not belong to you. Not only do they not belong to you, you can release them, but you just gotta do the work.

The work is to contemplate, focus, and meditate by desire rather than by default. We are contemplating, focusing, meditating beings, either by default or desire.

Think about when you worry. Do you not contemplate, focus, and meditate upon that worry with exquisite concentration? So much so that you cannot let it go!

If you do not believe that you have the power to overcome the negative emotion that you experience most, maybe it's just because you have not been trained to focus by desire.

The entire reason I have been offering scriptures for meditation and memorization is because it is a very easy way to train oneself in the way of desire. Do you not desire spiritual things over the carnal behavior? The negative emotions are the carnal behavior.

So, if you are still with me, let us retry the meditating and memorizing of the scripture I proposed in my last post...

Here it is...

"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and love, and a sound mind." ~2 Timothy 1:7, Holy Bible, KJV

Maybe you agree with me, in that the negative emotions, I mentioned above, are in fact addictions, and fear. If so, let's meditate upon, as we memorize, the scripture above for at least four days. When or if you feel angry, anxious, depressed, or in despair, contemplate and focus on the scripture.

This is going to be really cool. It's a spiritual experiment to show you, and me that we are in fact spiritual, and we can do spiritual things with power, and love, and a sound mind. The things God gives us.

Let's do this!

We got this!

We are in this together...

Big Hugs my dear sweet sweet reader...

Speak soon,

Elizabeth
