UNDAUNTED!

Hello!  How are you?  Did you have a lovely weekend? Did you have the bestest week all year?  I had the bestest week ever!

It was my birthday week, and I had a blast!  Family and friends spoiled me all week, and I feel so, so, so, super duper lucky.  And the joy is continuing.

I LOVE MY LIFE!!!  YEEE HAAAW Y'ALL!  LOL...

Anywho...

The busiest time of the year is coming, for everyone, including me.  Right before Halloween, everyone hits the ground running because we have to prepare the chilrens (or ourselves) for school and get ready for the holidays.  After getting the kids ready for school in September many must get ready for Halloween with costumes and attending parties.  Then, there is Thanksgiving, which includes preparing for the big four-day weekend, family, and food.  Next, we have Christmas, and that takes up the entire December with planning, shopping for gifts, wrapping presents, and of course, the family drama, he he he.  Finally, in January, there is the New Year, and New Year Resolutions.

But wait, it doesn't stop there because the bills come (especially if you run up your credit), and don't forget, we have to prepare our taxes and make an appointment to see our tax person.

What I am saying is, that stress is high from the mid/end of September until about mid-April.  How do I know?  Because business slows down from April until my birthday week in September, and then BAM! SHAZAM! I get super duper allie ooper busy.

Every year this happens, except in 2009, 2010, and 2011 when stress was high all year, all three years.  The traffic to my blog doubled in 2009, just climbed in unique visitors until this past February, and it began to taper off.

But guess what?  It has been climbing since June.  Why am I telling you all this?  Because, you, and I, are in for another busy season.  And, you and I are going to remain undaunted.

How are we going to remain undaunted?  We are going to exercise, eat right, get plenty of rest, and know, without a doubt, that we can handle this because we go through it every year.

When stress is high, people tend to get angry, anxious, and/or depressed.  But not us, because we are going to keep our good habits, which includes knowing we can handle this because we go through it every year.

With this time of year being busy, there may be an added stress of an unexpected event that may increase our pressure.  But, because we are prepared, by taking care of ourselves, we, yup, you and me, are going to handle it with effortless ease.

Prevention is the best medicine for any kind of stress.

So, let's get ready, shall we?  Let's not wait for the New Year to make resolutions about taking care of ourselves.  Let's do it now so that we may be prepared for the busy season, and remain undaunted.

That's right!

I am telling you what to do!

I am bossing you around!

It is for your own good!

Start right now!

Eat right, exercise, get plenty of rest, and remember that you can handle it with effortless ease.

Say it with me now, "I got this!  With effortless ease!"

Have a great week, my friend.  I love you, and I pray for you.

Big Hugs...

Speak soon...

Don't forget!  Have fun!  Be Playful!
