Words of Faith to Destress

Hello my friend

How's life? Great, I hope, and I pray!

So, I am at this cafe I frequent, and I am talking to the gal that works the register, and I ask her, "How's life?"

She says she is stressed. Can you believe that?

She goes on and on about how she is overwhelmed, she is taking 17 units in school, and she has to pay bills.

It takes every ounce of my energy to NOT speak the words of how to destress yourself, and I didn't.

Why don't I?

I always talked to everybody about destressing because I wanted to heal the world. I want to tell people that stress is created by fearful beliefs and thoughts. But, I have discovered that many people need someone to listen with love rather than preach and teach.

Many people are anxious, angry, depressed, fatigued, moody, and unhappy and need, more than anything in the world, to be listened to and supported.

I have learned to listen and love. I have learned to feel more and talk less when someone is venting about stress.

But...

What I want to ask is...

Do you believe in God?

Deep down in your heart, do you believe in God and that He will do what He says He will in the Bible?

Do you believe His words when He says, have faith?

What I want to say is...

Have faith, my friend.

Have faith in God and that He will take care of you.

Have faith in yourself and that you can handle it.

YOU CAN HANDLE ANYTHING!

What I want to say is...

Your stress, my friend, is fearful thoughts you keep thinking by default.

Stress is created by thinking of all the bad things that "might" happen.

Stress is sustained by obsessed fearful thoughts of being unable to handle the future.

You may be so focused on beliefs that you are overwhelmed, and those beliefs create fear and anxiety.

I want to ask...

Have you ever gone through a really tough time or had an experience that made you think this was the worst thing ever to you?

What happened?

Did you survive?

Of course, you did because you are still here, and you are still standing.

What if you were to think, no matter what happens, I can handle it because I always do?

What would be the best thing to happen to you right now?

What if you focused on that? What is the best possible outcome?

What if you knew choosing beliefs is free agency and the difference between default and desire?

What if you were to think of faith in yourself and that the best thing you believe can happen will?

What I want to say is...

Take your thoughts of doubt and turn them into faith.

No matter what happens, you will be fine.

Quiet your mind and think and feel this truth.

That's what I really want to say sometimes. ~wink~

And...

There's a lot more of that, where that came from...

TRUST ME! he he he...

I pray you to feel the truth of faith in God and yourself!

If you truly believe...

'WITH GOD, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE

You may contemplate it, practice feeling the truth, and allow it to fill your entire being.

When you do, you will feel your way into destressing yourself.

Big ole hugs to ya...

Speak soon...
