How To Destress With An Open Mind

How to destress yourself with an open mind is what I want to talk about today. 

Hey, hey!  How are you?  I hope you are having the time of your life, I really do.

What the heck does having an open mind have to do with destressing you ask?  What a great question.

When we have an open mind, we are teachable, and willing to try new things. 

If you are unhappy, angry, anxious, or depressed, you are stressed.  If you are stressed, what you are doing is probably not working, and therefore, having an open mind, being teachable, and being willing to try new things like meditation (quieting the worried stressful mind), affirmations (intentionally being faithful and hopeful), and creating intentional visualizations (thinking about the best instead of playing the worst possible scenario out in your mind over and over), you can, and will, help you make a stress free you.

Have you ever meditated?

Have you ever created and applied affirmations?

Have you ever visualized what you really want out of life?

The reason I ask these questions is because I preach meditation, to quiet the anxious, worried mind, affirmations, to remind ourselves to change for the better, and visualizations to motivate ourselves to do what we always talk about doing.

Are you willing to destress yourself with an open mind?

Are you willing to destress yourself with meditation?

Are you willing to destress yourself by creating and applying affirmations?

Are you willing to destress yourself by visualizing the best possible life you could ever have?

If you said yes to these questions, awesome! 

If you said no to these questions then chances are, you are not willing to destress your stressed out self.

Try it, you will like it.  If you are really brave, make a commitment to destress yourself by doing meditations, affirmations, and visualizations for at least one year.

I kid you not, this stuff is amazing, you just have to be willing to try something new to change your life from stress to destress.
