Hello!  Day 24 ;0)

Have you thought about giving up alcohol, and can't.  I know a few people who could really benefit from the elimination of drinking.  Well, I came across a page that helps people give up alcohol.  I could have used this in my youth, but I quit on my own because alcohol is so very unhealthy and it creates the most serious physical stress there is.

If you drink, a little or a lot, you are dehydrating your body and brain.  That is what a hangover is you know?  Severe dehydration.  Also, dehydration depletes your body from it's essential vitamins.  For those people who drink a lot, or dehydrate themselves often, they do to their brain the exact thing Alzheimer's does, shrinks it.  I think that the over dehydration of the brain can, and will, cause Alzheimer's.

So, if you would like to quit drinking, check out this page by clicking this link HOW TO GIVE UP ALCOHOL.

Let me know what you think.  Have a great day.
