WAKING ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BED

Hello there...and welcome to day 26 ;0)

Did you have a lovely weekend?  I did!  It was great!  I'm not gonna lie, I shopped on the infamous Black Friday.  We got out there about 12:30ish in the afternoon.  Not too bad.  We got a parking place quite easy, every where we went.  


In my humble opinion, the retailers did a great job opening the night before for the hardcore shoppers, and it was perfect the next day for the not so hardcore shoppers.

Okay, let's get to destressing yourself ;0)


Many times I hear people say, "I got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning."  Meaning, I am in a bad mood, I guess.  Just a little fyi...  Our mood is in our hands.  We are the only feelers of our feelings, lol.  That sounds funny, he he he.


But it is true that we are the only feelers of our feelings, and we can choose to feel better.  Let's choose to feel better.  What in the heck has got you down, if you don't feel so hot?  Is it, you ate too much and you feel too fat?  lol, sorry, I said the "F" word.  Is it, you didn't get any sleep and you are feeling tired?

Whatever it is, you can change it, and I will show you how.  Whether it is fatness (there goes that "F" word again), tiredness, lack of money, mad at your sig. other, or you just hate your job, declare that you are not going to let it bother you today, and make it a mantra.

Hear me out now.  If you focus on what you don't want, you will move towards it like lightning.  So, focus on what you do want.  Instead of, "I feel so fat (oops, sorry, again), I hate myself." Make it, "I feel fine, and I am going to create health."  Instead of, "I hate my job."  Think about something you love about your job, a person or thing you get to do, and focus on that.

Are you getting what I am saying here?  If you woke up on the wrong side of the bed, I am encouraging you to change it, and start your week off right.  It's Monday for goodness sake, it's the holidays, and we have a choice to either enjoy life, or not.

Today, choose to enjoy your life by choosing your focus, which will choose your feelings.  Trust me on this one Sugah.

My mantra for today is..."This is easy, I got this."  The reason I'm speaking that is because I am a busy Ma Ma on Mondays.  Sometimes I am in my office for 9 to 12 hours.  FOCUS, ORGANIZE, AND PRODUCE, is what I like to say.  "This shiz is easy, I got this."  I know it is so because I do it every Monday, lol.
