MAKING WEAK THINGS STRONG!

Hello there.  How are you my friend?  I am fabulous, thank you for asking.  Just got done with my 3.2 mile loop.  What a fantastic weekend that was.  Did you enjoy yours?  I hope you did, I truly do.

Last Friday, I was lucky enough to hang out with a fabulous group, SCAAP (S.C. Association of Activity Professionals).  They were so fun, and what a noble profession they have.  I love, love, love hanging out with fun people.  I met a lot of amazing individuals, one of my favorite things.

Any who, I wanna talk about making weak things strong, and so here I go ~wink, wink~

It is my humble opinion that if we could see our wonderful selves as the successful people we are, we would not worry about our weaknesses.  But the fact of the matter is, we have stress, and the weak things in our personality are attributing to our stress.  So, if we make our weak thing, the thing that is adding to our stress, strong, we move forward and feel better.  When you feel better, you destress yourself, right!?!

Let's start the week off right, let's start off by setting a goal to make our weak thing strong.

What is your weak thing?

Are you a procrastinator?

Are you a worrier?

Are you addicted to some sort of unhealthy behavior?

What is it?

In order to make it strong, we have to label it.  For example, my weak thing, right now, is my addiction to reaching for something to eat, like chocolate, to make me feel better.  Therefore, my weakness is the unhealthy behavior of mindless eating.  That's what I call it anyway, "mindless eating."

Did you label your weak thing?  Yes?!?!  Well done!

Now, how do we make this weak thing strong?  We make a goal to make it strong, and then we set a mantra for the week.  Just for a week, and let's see what happens, agreed?

My mantra is, "no mindless eating Elizabeth."  LOL.  It's funny!  It's funny but if we truly understand how are unhealthy "habits" are just that, "habits," then we must know that making reminders and making the change conscious is a necessary part of making our weak thing strong.

Are you ready to start your week out right?  I am!  Join me, my friend, in making your weak thing strong by making it a mantra, and let's just see what happens.

YOU CAN DO IT!

YOU GOT THE POWER!

Well, that's all I got!

Have a wonderful week my friend, I love you, I truly do.

Don't forget!  Have fun!  Be Playful!
