NEW BOOK - THE SHIFT

The Shift: Taking Your Life from Ambition to MeaningHello there and Happy Monday ;)

Have I ever told you about THE SHIFT?

It is a book by Wayne Dyer and it is also a movie.  I have both, of course, and I have seen the movie so many times that I can't even count.  Why have I seen this movie so many times, you ask?  Besides that I love it, I knew if I watched it I would make a shift and I continue to shift.

Right now, in my life, I am making extraordinary shifts spiritually.  I am really learning to come from a place where nothing bothers me.  Sure, things bother me, but they do not bother me as easily or as long as they did.  And if you know me, you know things don't really bother me and it's getting easier, if that makes sense.

All of these books on the BIBLIOTHERAPY LIST, including THE SHIFT, have REALLY moved me to a level of REALLY thinking about God, where I come from, and what I am all about. 

Recently, I have REALLY been coming from a place of love.  This may sound mushy gooshy to you but, what is the alternative?  It's hate. 

When you know and feel you are love, you will feel good all of the time.  Just think, when you are IN LOVE, don't you feel absolute bliss?  Nothing can put you in a bad mood.  It's the same thing with feeling love.

THE SHIFT, is about making a spiritual shift in your life.  All of the books on the BIBLIOTHERAPY LIST are about spirituality. 

When I speak with people who are living in their stress, the most common thing that is missing is spirituality.
