Destress Yourself With Focus

What are you focusing on? Are you focusing on how you hate your job? Are you focusing on all the things you hate about your job or your life?

Did you know we can destress by focusing on everything that is good about our life, job, and family? Did you know we can destress by focusing on what we want?

We have a choice, we can focus on the bad and create stress for ourselves or we can focus on the great and create destress for ourselves.

We can focus on all the things we don't want and create stress for ourselves or we can focus on all the things we want and create destress for ourselves.

For example, if we hate our job, we may be focusing on all the things that bother us about the job, when we could focus on all the great things. There are wonderful people we work with, great benefits in having our particular job, and the money may be a good thing, as well.

If we are truly unhappy about our career and have too much job stress, we could always look for another job. By focusing on getting another job, we focus on what we want, and therefore, feel a little better.

You could have another job, that you love, one year from now, or you could be in the same ole place you are now. It is up to you and what you focus on.

So I say, destress yourself by focusing on all the great things in your life and what you want.
